While Basketball Australia (BA) officers are preparing to hand in their submissions to the International Federation regarding the Australian boomer's part in a FIFA Women's World Cup qualifying riot in the Philippines last Monday, the ABC was informed that "racist mockery may have helped physically boilover". A peer-reviewed photo journalist who reported on the game between the Philippines and the Australian boomer, Winston Baltasar, reported hearing the abuses, although he could not say which gamblers or which gamblers were in charge.

Asked if any of the Australians had used it, he replied, "Yes. "I couldn't really overhear who said it, but I heard it, and as I said, when the Boomers got up 30 points, I don't think those words should be wasted. "Before the fight broke out, Philippine Roger Ray Pogoy was fouled for goinguling backwards.

He was at the bottom of a crowd of opponents and others, as he claims, "10 to 15 boys..... on me with chairs". Baltazar photographed the event from less than a meter away. "It was a hand-to-hand fight, I saw goingulding on the ground, I saw a gambler on the ground, I saw some folks trying to hit or kicks him," he said.

The Philippine newcomer Troy Rike was one of the top scorers of the game. "I was there, I was less than a meter away from him and I took pictures of him about Goulding," Baltasar said.

"First I thought he could try to step, but no, he had his right and right feet on both sides of goingulding and protected him with his hands stretched out.... this fellow was herotically. "While in a weekly wireless conversation going ulding proposed that Aussie officers should reconsider qualification schemes through the Asia Pacific area, Rike was presented with a check for $5,000 for his sporting conduct in defending an opponent game.

He said he would divide the funds and give them to two charitable organizations - one in his home state, one in Australia. Meanwhile, the PBA and the BA, the Philippines and Australia'on the road to recovery', have jointly apologized by proposing that the "actions shown have no place on any of our courts " and have taken on responsibilities, while they promised to "do everything in our control to avert this.

Baltazar said that the excuse is a long way to the beginning of the recovery and heal. "I think all Filipino gamers have apologized to their Instagram account, I think the Australians have done something similar, so we are on the road to healing," he said. "All of us want to get it over with so we can enjoy the nice ball match, or we can look at it without having all those naughty recollections.

" The former baseball umpire Phil Wishart said to the stands that the umpires should also bear some of the blame for what was going on. "As soon as the hand-to-hand combat took place, there was really nothing more to do - there were too many of them, I think safety did a really good job to alleviate this problem because the arbitrators had no way of getting them back to trial at that time.

" He said that the demand to cancel the FIBA World Championship 2023 from the Philippines was "a too far-reaching step".
