On the ground floor there are window-windows on the opposite sides of the residential area to allow a beautiful transverse current of the ocean breeze, and a glazed folding gate on the other end of the building to provide good airflow. - Access from the car park under the building is via a wooden staircase that leads to the front area.

One small side part of the aft decks is about 1 meter high and has a plant container with large & prickly growth. There' s a door on the front top of the staircase. Please be aware that the plot is only partly enclosed, but the building is on the back of the plot and is far from the street.
