Cmdr Naval surface force, U.S. Pacific fleets COMNAVSURFPAC has an administration unit under the leadership of a vice admiral in Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado, which provides the superficial force of Pacific fleets. It has 38,725 soldiers, 348 civilians, 2,000 small boats and 90 naval vessels, which include cruisers, wreckers, freigates, amphibious attack vessels, logistical assistance vessels and naval assistance vessels.

San Diego Naval Hospital opened its gates in 1922 and has come a long way since then, offering state-of-the-art healthcare in its new, state-of-the-art facilities on Florida Canyon Drive, adjoining Balboa Park. Approximately 4,000 ambulatory treatment is provided on each working day, another 300 stationary and 170 emergencies.
In addition, there are about 10 infants borne in the centre every morning. It has a team of approximately 4,100 soldiers and 2,400 civilian personnel with a total budgeted amount of almost $182 million. Naval is the most proactive educational naval health care clinic with several training programmes on the site.
There is a limit to the number of cars parked at the Naval Medical Center. {\a6}(in front of the old Naval Hospital). There is a free tramway connection to and from the free Park Blvd Park Blvd car park between 6.00 am and 6.30 pm. Every clinical practice in the Hospitals makes its own appointment and the patient should not go to the hospitals without an appointment, except in emergency cases and proven walk-in-hospitals.

Pre-natal registrations are necessary after a confirmed and confirmed antenatal test in hospitals. The Naval Military Center has a naval ambulance service on the first level of building 6, open from 7.30 to 16.00, Monday to Friday. It is used to make it easier to schedule appointments between the soldier patiënten, the patientcommand and the Naval Medicine Center.

Pendleton Naval Hospital Camp is a new four-story, 500,000 sq. m. health clinic near the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California's major gateway. It is a medium-sized educational clinic offering ambulatory and in-patient nursing services for those providing services, their families, pensioners and other entitled persons.
Special treatments are also available at Naval Medical Center San Diego, about an hour's car ride from Camp Pendleton, or at neighboring civil institutions. Emergencies are provided in the clinic around the clock. It is the only consolidating bridge on the western shore and extends over 24,000 acre.
It has a total of 8,000 members and 2,000 civilian populations. As part of the reorientation and closure plans for the basis, the basis was refocused in 1993. Squadron fighters were moved from the air force to El Toro, MCAS Tustin and MCAS Kaneohe, Hawaii, and superseded by U.S. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) combat and helicopter fire.
