Mamanuca Islands (Fijian:[mama?nuða]) of Fiji are a vulcanic archipelagos western of Nadi and southern of the Yasawa Islands. This group, a favourite traveler' s paradise, is made up of about 20 islands, seven of which are flooded by the Pacific Ocean.

These islands boast crystalline water, palm-fringed sand and vibrant seaweed. It has islands, towns, resorts for visiting, snorkelling and swimming. The islands in the Mamanuca range are not all inhabited: Port-Denarau is the gate to the islands of Mamanuca and Yasawa. You can go on daily excursions from Denarau to the Mamanuca Islands or find a place to spend the night.

Mamanuca' s water sports facilities range from yachting, snorkeling, kayaking, watching corals, scuba-dive, shark spotting, wind surfing, walking, village visits, minigolf and solitary beach exploration. In the US issue of the magazineurvivor, the islands were used as the shooting site for the series 33 (Survivor: millennia vs. gen X) and the series 34 (Survivor: game changers) over a period of 4 month between March and July 2016.

6 ] The movie then came back the following year in the same timeframe, around the movie's thirty-fifth series ( "Survivor": Horoes vs. Hustlers ), its thirty-sixth series ( "Survivor": Ghost Island) and its thirty-seventh series.
