Visitors travelling to the remote Lanai Islands in Hawaii can avoid the ground or fly internationally and benefit from Honolulu's day-to-day Lanai Aviation en-route flight charterservice. If you have two or more people, you can rent the whole plane for your own trip at a fare of $500 per pair.
