Kauai
Cauai. Many thanks for your patronage of the work we do for Kauai's shelters.

Financing goes to many well-known welfare institutions on the islands, but also to lesser known organisations that provide important support for our population. Each year we assess our agents to make sure that Kauai employees receive useful and effective work. We have a uniquely comprehensive view that allows us to see things that are not visible within an agency.
If we see duplicates of our ministries, we will notify them. If we see ways of cooperation between the various organisations, we help to put them together. And, when we rarely find that an agent no longer provides efficient care to the Kauai community, we are protecting our donors' funds and stopping them.
It reminds you that when those in need in our fellowship get the kind of help they merit, it makes each and every one of us better off. We often receive help requests and forward the caller to the appropriate programm. The programme is financed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and managed by United Ways who are willing and able to do so.
