During the 1870s, Kadavu was quickly taken from outerspace as a home for the new Levuka city. The Kadavu is one of the least populated Fiji island and has a birdlife with a native papage. The Kadavu is home to Dive Kadavu/Matana, Papageno Resort, Matava Resort. Dive: Great Astrolabe is still the gem in the Kadavu Dive Top and is a dive site known to scuba diver all over the globe.

It is about 100 km long, making it the 4th biggest barriere wall is in the whole wide area. Situated on the southern side of the isle near Vunisea, it follows the southern shore before surrounding the isle of Ono and ending on the eastern shore of the isle. There is a wide range of breathtaking colourful white and black corals and sharp shells.

Kadavu is a great place for dives of several nights because of the diversity of the divesites with several dives, sunken battlements and mantas. You can reach Kadavu from Nadi or Suva airports via Pacific Sun services. You will be taken on a boat from Kadavu International Kadavu International Terminal to your chosen city.
