Media prices for single-family houses tipped up 2.3 per cent to $772,500 last month from $755,000 a year earlier, and for freehold apartments went up 6.2 per cent to $409,000 from $385,000. Disposals relate to residential property deals concluded in February under sale and purchase agreements, which were generally concluded one to three month before. This is a point at which half of the turnover was achieved at a higher and half at a lower one.
