When you want your business to join them, it will require efforts, management and coherence over several years to establish your employees' confidence in your business.
You have to win this confidence every year to remain on the shortlist - just like a company has done for 13 years in a row. Most of the questionnaires are either a secret form for all staff or a statistical representation of large enterprises. Nearly 100 Hawaiian businesses and non-profit organizations have made their own nominations this year; only 72 have made the Best Places to Work award.
