What is the procedure for submitting a real estate valuation?
If you make your booking at the HomeAway cashier on-line, you will be sent an e-mail on the cash desk date. There is a hyperlink in this e-mail to leave a rating. When you have not booked through the HomeAway Cashier, the owners can e-mail you with a request for a rating. You will leave a rating from the e-mail you recieved by following these steps:
Then click on the Post Rating button. Evaluate your experiance with one to five asterisks ( "one is the highest and one is the lowest") and fill in the necessary formulars. Once you have submitted a feedback, you will be sent a verification e-mail with a copy of your feedback and your Feedback ID. Afterwards, the reviewer will be the moderator.
While moderating, a member of the HomeAway Editorial Board will verify that it conforms to our Content Guidelines. Once you have finished your holiday, the owners will also be sent an e-mail with a hyperlink asking them to verify their experiences with you as a traveller. None of you can see each other's scores until you have both given your score.
You and the proprietor have 14 working day to post your rating once either of the parties have given a rating. There is one year to file your evaluation of your holiday in the apartment, provided that the proprietor has not already given his evaluation and started the 14-day blindform.
As soon as both sides have filed their comments or the 14-day period has expired, neither side will be able to work on what they have posted. We' ve deleted the submission of an evaluation from the list to assist our two-way verification proces. In addition, ratings can no longer be processed once they have been filed. If, for some occasion, you want to delete the rating after it has been posted, you can no longer post a new rating.
