We' re on Waiheke Island, just 35 minutes by boat from Auckland, across the glittering Hauraki Gulf Waiheke Island. There is no pick-up service from the Cityhotel! Most of the town' s main tourist attractions are within comfortable reach on foot. Coming from further away, call a taxi or take a coach or rail into town and go to the boat.

I took my spouse with me for a whole weekend in Waiheke a few days ago and we chose to record our journey for our readership. Waiheke Island is a high-speed shuttle from the Auckland Bridge. When the backpack tourists are not your thing, then you should try the middle class hotel on the island. The majority of the island resorts are in Oneroa. There are a large number of luxurious resorts on the island with rates ranging from $350 per room to $1000 per room per day. But when we went to a friend honeymoon a few years ago, we were in Delamore Lodge (about $1250/night) and Te Whau Lodge ($600/night).
When you are going to arrange a marriage in Waiheke Island, both of them are ideal, they have marriage coordinators who will help you schedule your big date. There is a large selection of real estate with prices ranges from $150 per person per city to $10,000. There is a large selection of cuisine on the island, from sea foods to pizzas, snack bars and Thailand dishes.

SegWai is a great way to join a guided Waiheke Island trip. There are two itineraries, one of which is a full days trip from the cove to the sea and one in the evenings. To get to the starting point of the ride, you need a 30-minute cab, or you can transfer for $30 each way. There is no lack of wines if you want to go to a vineyard during your journey to Waiheke. Mudbrick Restaurant is located on Mudbrickidge, with views of the glistening water of Hauraki Gulf and back to Auckland. Thirty minutes of tastings at the basement entrance cost $15 per guest.
