I just got some information about the crossing to Tokelau. First of all, it looks like you're going to be staying in Apia for a while. To get there you need a visa and you can get it from the Tokelau Govt office located near Radio Polynesia, on the road opposite the garage sale on Beach Road, Apia's major road.
