There is always an ATM for the above mentioned isles, at least at the existing bank on the isle. We have found the trouble is that we come to and from the bank, queue (sometimes VERY long queue), etc.. can make up a large part of your daily life, according to where your accommodation is and what transport facilities you have.

Please note that usually during lunch break the bank is normally shut and you must carry your card with you in order to carry out an Exchange Deal. And whenever possible, use your card because you get a better currency quote, even with an even better conversion charge of 2-3% than for Tahitii.
