Located between the Ibex' latitude and the Tropic of Capricorn, for 2.5 million square kilometres of oceans, and on 5 major islands, the French Polynesian climates have special characteristics of the various archipelagos that make up it. Generally speaking, French Polynesia has a hot and wet period from November to April and a cold and arid period from May to October.
Between November and April, during the hottest and wettest seasons, the French Polynesian isles may be affected on the Society Isles (0.8 / 0.6) and the Australian Isles (0.8 / 0.5) by incidental tropic storms at less than one cycle per year on an annual averaging year. Even less so on the Tuamotu Isles (0.4 / 0.1), while the Marquesas Arcipelago is virtually off the well-trodden paths of the storms (0.1 / 0.0).
Societal Island's weather is tropicallyceanic, with two different seasons: the cool and arid months run from May to October, during which the mean min. temperature is between 20°C and 22°C, while the mean max. temperature is between 29°C and 28°C, which is the drier and more suitable time to explore the area.
It is a hot and wet time of the year from November to April, during which the mean temperature ranges from 23°C to 22°C, while the highest mean temperature ranges from 29°C to 31°C, which is the time of the cataclysm. Tahitian Temperate. The Moorea climates. The Bora Bora atmosphere. Tuamotu Archipelago's weather is tropically wet, with relatively well-developed seasonal patterns very similar to those of the Society Isles, but less wet as there is no alleviation.
It is a hot and wet period from November to April, with peak precipitation in December and January. This is the best time to explore the island from May to October. Marquesas islets, closest to the Ecuador, have a subtropical climates, hotter and wetter than the Society Isles and with less pronounced seasonal patterns.
Warm and wet is between January and August, while the fresher and less wet is from September to December. Australian isles have the poorest weather of all French Polynesia, in fact the cooler weather is similar to that of the moderate regions, and during the warm eras, the tropical weather is similar to that of the tropical regions, this combined weather gives plenty and heavy precipitation in all periods of the year, high air humidities and medium temperature below 25°C, in excess of heavy wind.
Gambier's climates are very similar to the Austral Isles, in fact they have a relatively cool marine environment, with consistent rains all year round.
