Vanuatu Air NZ flights still on ice

It has reaffirmed that there are no immediate resumption schedules for Vanuatu. The World Bank is planning and financing a renovation worth millions. Meanwhile, there were two major transient repair work on the runways. Whilst Virgin Australia has restarted flight operations, Air New Zealand is only willing to submit charters.

At the beginning of this weeks the Vanuatu Secretary of Infrastructures, Jotham Napat, said the company had said to him that the airstrip was fit for operation.
