Flights to Easter Island

When you arrive, you will have to buy the entry to Rapa Nui National Park to see the island's renowned sights such as Rano Raraku and Orongo. What is the best Easter Island visiting period? Most of the island's main tourist period is from December to February. At the end of January / beginning of February the island will pull out all the stops for the Tapati Rapa Nui Fest. For a calmer period, come and see the island during the two periods of the year.

There is a Sweetspot from October to November and from March to April between the summers and the colder winters. The low seasons of Easter Island are the chilenic winters. The island is cool from July to August with a temperature of up to 10°C. However, if you don't care about pooling and raining frequently, this is the least expensive year.

And all the island's key features are practically empty and you will have the island to yourself. This is the primary entrance point for visitors who come to the island to see their Moai sculptures. Remember that if your aircraft is arriving at midnight, there may be no cabs at the airfield. Most of the accommodations (also the cheap ones) provide a free pick-up and deliveryervice.
