It became a timeshare facility in the early 1990s and was eventually purchased by its present owner in Fiji in 1999. Over the years, the spa has seen many changes and enhancements and has become the beautiful products you see today.

Retrospect: From Vomo Island Resort, Fiji
Bingley-Pullin finds enough excitement and sunny weather for the whole group on the luxurious island of Vomo. In fact, a second home, albeit a much slowed down and much better one, is what makes a visit to Vomo Island Estate so special. As part of the Mamanuca Islands of Fiji, Vomo is a privately owned island only 15 minutes from Nadi International Airports.
With only 28 mansions and two homes, the resorts will attract couple and family looking for a simple luxurious holiday near most homes. It is a large residential area and all awaited mod-cons, a swimmingpool and large outdoor areas to relax keep our group of five grown-ups and two infants serene.
The space is a little bit cramped and we find the amusement system difficult to use, but free Wi-Fi means that the digital addicts among us can remain in touch with the outside environment (phew). After reopening in March this year after a mega-dollar refurbishment, the complex will feel impeccable (think of a restrained aesthetics with classic regional design), yet still organically and unadulterated.
The villas are discretely located on the slope or beach, and on the west tip of the island is the Rocks Bars with undisturbed view of sandy, ocean and skies; sundown beverages are a must. There is a "barefoot luxury" ethic throughout the resort: Strengthened towels above the table tops hide sanded toe, and jars of wine and wine are supplied in a hammock swung by palm tree coco.
Vomo is more than hedonic. The dishes (included in the price ) are lightweight, crisp and tasty. Vomo offers a variety of healthy and healthy experiences for all three generation of our group: brothers and sisters explore under water treasure together on snorkeling trips, minigolf is a man and woman adventure, mom and baby enjoy spas, and enjoy a moment to splash in the sea with our little ones for the best memory of your time.
Our last darknight in Vomo is a full lunar month. When we swing to harmonic melodies, it really does feel like a place of affiliation where we have come back home. It is a privately owned, yet exclusively and yet accessibly island getaway that offers a "time together" for everyone, from parent to teenager, from grandma to newborn.
Vono is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with the whole house. Vono is only a brief flight from Nadi International Airport, but it does feel like a whole lot. Beautiful, relaxed island that lives at its best. We payed $23,699 for five grownups and two infants on a'number for five overnight stays, for seven' bid it was worth as the mostly included resorts rates meant that we did not have to worry about many trivialities.
