Art competition entries earn $1,000 in prize money for themselves and $1,500 for their school. Second place receives $500 in prize money, while the most popular work of art prize (chosen by fans) also receives $500. It is the concept here that the student should artfully articulate what Welcome to Our Home means to them.

More than 100 applications were submitted by various Fiji colleges for last year's opening competition, with Sanjay Balsara from Xavier College in Ba being honoured for his acrylics on linen. In the same size as last year, 20 works by 20 artists from all submitted works will be selected for the one-day workshops under the direction of the well-known Swiss musician Craig Marlow.

You will then be provided with all the necessary material to complete a work of art for evaluation by a jury of professionals. Winners will be unveiled on the last evening of the 2015 Kula Prize. The' most popular' artist gets $500 in self-service.

Film Fiji's art competition entrants are submitting their first works of art on their pupils' names. From these entries, short-listed candidates will be chosen and the chosen shortlist will participate in a studio led by Rebecca Lloyd, a modern artiste. In the course of this workshops, pupils will learn about the subject of the definitive work of art they will be submitting for the competition.

All five best works of art will be short-listed and selected for the last Fiji Kula Film Award film. The decision will be made after each of the five contestants has presented their work to the jury and the public. As Rebecca Lloyd says, the competition is not only intended to get the student to bring their artistry to the screen, but also to showcase their work to an audiences.
