Qawwali Fanna fi Allah Dailymotion

AL KHAHN DIL JIS SE ZINDA HAIN" uploaded by Maikhan-e-Ishq on Dailymotion. A Qawwali trip to Sehwan Sharif with Fanna Lal Hazrat Lal Sahbaz Qualandar (Syed Usman Marandi) also known as (Shah Husain) (1177--1274) (Sindhi: ????

? ???), a Said Sri Saints, philosophers, poets and Qalandars. Syed Hussain Shah,[1] was a member of the Order of Sufis, Suhrawardiyya,..... Accompany us on a trip to one of the most impressive centers of the world, the sacred sanctuary of Gaal Sharif in Sindh, Pakistan.

Qawwali's pious tones have been the music of the Sufis in India and Pakistan for hundreds of years.

With Tahir Faridi Qawwal and Aminah Chishti - some of our favourite classic songs as they definitely break new grounds.

First of all I want to say that I found a movie I would have liked to have posted for Urs of Shahbaz Lael Qalandar early last months. Now I have found something really exhilarating, and it is a show under the direction of Tahir Faridi Qawwal (vocals, etc.) and Aminah Chhshti (tabla), in a movie that they help to put together.

Anyway, I found Tahir Faridi Qawwal and his group(s) in 2010 when I came across this cover: This is not the only track we could connect with a favourite movie. It is also a very good achievement and I appreciate the clarification of the track given at the beginning by the vocalist Bhairavi Devi.

To Tahir is a distinguished individual and you can see how / why in a descriptive of his website. However, you can also see here that Aminah Chishti is even more notable. Tahir Qawwal & Aminah Chishti first founded Fanna-Fi-Allah in 2001, a traditional Qawwali group dedicated to the spread of the Embassy of Sanskrit to the West.

Fanna-Fi Allah has appeared at several hundred different international events, meetings and performances. To share the Qawwali's passion in the USA, India, Indonesia, Egypt and of course Pakistan. Fanna-Fi Allah was certainly the first'mostly' white-skinned Qawwali troupe to perform in such prestigious centres of music.

Aminah Chishti was also the first Qawwali table tennis woman to be allowed to play in places where Qawwali is played by men. This is a very beautiful tape talking about how amazing Aminah Chishti is. There are also some very good words from Aminah herself about the essence and effect of Qawwali.

Here is a clip of her tobla that plays in a duo with Israr Hussain for PTV: Amina and Tahir are also in excellent shape in this Fanna Fi Allah Qawwali movie and make another track that should be known to most of those who come to this blog:

Incidentally, the tape was filmed at the Nevada State Theatre in Aminah's home state of California.
