Dinos Norfolk Island

Had the Tahiti lettuce with risottos and giant shrimps and it was also unbelievably tasty and delectable. Sadly, the freshwater cod (mostly tuna) had to be replaced by the salted Tahiti salad, which was usual in the weeks we were here, as the fishermen could not get out and the freighter could not get ashore either.

Ice cream for dessert: kirschguave and licorice. I had a different taste, but I can't remember it and I can't find a page on my own website or on line to describe our meal properly for my whole lifetime, which is annoying because I'm treading myself, I haven't photographed the meal, which I usually do to counter this inconvenience.

Return to the ice cream - the licorice ice cream is OTHER WORLD. This was the most spectacular ice we have seen in a long while. A Toblerone drink made the end of the evening - delectable. It is a good meal on Norfolk, so reserve a dinner while you visit this lovely place - you will not be sorry.

You' re sure to like our villa: It is only a few minutes walk from the sea. Up to 3 persons can be accommodated in the mansion. The dinosaur is part of one of the oldest building of the town. It has typical thick stonewalls. Sleeping room (double room), dining/living room with individual beds, fittedchen, bathroom with bathtub, winter garden, patio.

The closeness to the sea makes it possible to get closer to the cottage, but it does not bother you. However, if you want more intimacy, you can select either the Fotini mansion (2nd floor) or Georgy (3rd floor) in the same one.

We' had a great holiday, it's a bed room, but we bring our 13 months old and a highchairs? If you want to spend all your free day off the patio, the mansion itself is a good sized one. We have 2 restuarants on both sides of the mansion, so no need to go anywhere if we didn't want to.

There is a sandy area in front of the area. In Kaminaki there are two taverns, one on the shore and one on the top of the cliff.

This one on the shore is led by Spiros, a charismatic and kind Greek, for whom nothing is too much work. Its tavern's charme and its position on the shore make it a favourite meeting place.
