Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA) is an IT certificate from Cisco. Cisco Career is a Cisco affiliate career certificate. Cisco and its study partner provide various methods of training,[5] of which are Cisco Press manuals and on-line and face-to-face classes entitled "Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices".

In order to obtain CCNA accreditation, you must have both: the CCNA and the CCNA: The CCNA Routing & Switching Certificate examination is not required. CCNA certifications are valid for 3 years. To renew, certificate holder must apply for an equivalent or higher Cisco certificate re-certification exam(s) every 3 years and repeat them.
