Ngerulmud. Qoror is the only village in Palau that can be described as a cityscape. But Koror is not the capital. Koror, to be more precise, is no longer the capital. In 2006 it was struck down (and the issue of "What is the capital of Palau?" received its simple answer) when the law enforcement, judiciary and legislature bureaus were transferred to another major isle, Babeldaob, which is also the biggest one.
