Our employees were friendly and friendly, from the waiters at the bars to the waiters in the restaurants and the housekeeping. However, a particular thanks goes to Lola (who responded to my emails), Herleine (who was very useful throughout our stay) and Veronica (who proposed to visit the Sofitel Marara Souvenir Store for good business with Tahiti beads - and she was right!

That' because Bora Bora is near the equal. There was no air conditioning in the place (at least when we were there), so everyone was sitting near the open sash. That place was my husband's favourite (and he's a very particular person!) The why we didn't plan one before was because he didn't think Bora Bora was a good place for a good one.

Here are a few hints to know if you are going to visit Bora Bora: 1) AA Nui is an overseas carrier, while AA Tahiti is inland. 2 ) When you arrive at Tahiti airport, you will sense the heats. There is no AC in the foyer, where you can wait for the shuttleship that will take you to Bora Bora Airport.

5 ) We got our cash from the ATM at Tahiti International but they were in large denominations. 2 ) We got our money from the ATM at Tahiti Aiport. 7 ) The souvenir store in Sofitel Bora Bora Marara (mainland) is selling memorabilia and various items (e.g. sunscreen).
