When you are going on a journey to the archipelago of Mamanuca or Yasawa, you will of course have to consider how to get there (and back). If you are booking lodging in one of the many hotels on these isles, you will need to make sure that your boat transfer is or is not covered.

The Yasawa Flyer departs Port Denarau only once a daily, at 8.30 a.m. 7 nights a day. The Yasawa Flyer is a boat trip between the archipelagoes, so don't think you can just show up and do it.

This flyer is often full and there is only one departures per night (8.30 am), so if you don't have a pass, you might just miss it. However, don't be afraid.... it' s simple, the journey is a lot of pleasure, although we have to say that the rates are quite high. The flyer can often be returned to Denarau too late. Notice this.

Most of the time, the delay is due to a boat change, if the regular flying boat is not in use, then they are sending the slowed down sail. Review the rates or immediately make a booking for boat transfer on the Yasawa Brochure..... By booking the leaflet directly, you are paying the full PLUS 2-rate. But if the pricing review often looks like we're more costly, we're not.

All our rates are in Fiji dollars, but if you look at the Awesome Fiji website, you will see the rates in the local currencies. So, if you are booking the Captains Lounge from Denarau to Blue Lagoon, the cost is $225 FJD, but in AUD$ it is $145, NZ$ it is $156 and USD$ it is $108.

Sometimes it is a little less expensive to make your own transfer between the island than to decide for the "Bula Pass", depending on where you are going. Too many choices to show all the rates here, just use the reservation sheet above, select the From and To and you will receive an immediate quote.

On the Bula Combo Pass for prizes. Yasawa Flyer leaves Denarau at 8.30 am, with check-in at 8.00 am at the check-in counter at the passenger terminal in Port Denarau. Since every FREE transfer from and to your accommodation is included, you don't have to think too much about how to find the place of your trip, there will be many lucky Fijians to lead you in the right directions.

When you arrive with an early plane, you will be picked up from the aiport at 6.50 am. At about 5 am you will be returning to Port Denarau. 45 o'clock, although the roving frame may be delayed, according to how efficiently everyone receives their transfers on schedule. This is the South Sea cruise ship, which is totally different but operated by the same group. This Yasawa flyer will visit several of the Yasawas (the Yasawa Isles are South Seas, Bounty and Beachcomber). You want to see one of the other Mamanucas, you don't get the flyer.

When you walk all the way to the top of the Yasawa's to say the Blue Lagoon or Nanuya Reserve (a 5-hour drive) then paying the additional for the captain lounges, it's worthwhile.
