Biblical Timeline

After Genesis 5:3, Adam was 130 years old when his father Seth was firstborn. Ebla plates, found in 1975 and dating from around 2300 BC, testify to the veneration of heathen deities such as Baal, Dagan and Asherah, who were previously only known from the Bible. The name Abraham and Ur of Chaldeans, his place of birth, and other biblical titles such as Esau and Sodom and Gomorrah are mentioned.

Several Bible students have estimated that more than 3.5 million Jews have participated in the Exodus from Egypt. Belshazzar, a Babylonian king mentioned in the Bible as Daniel, was regarded as a Bible myth, but the Nabonidus cylinder found around 1881 led the Emperor as the Son of Nabonidus and confirmed the Bible note in Daniel.

He was the fulfilment of the prophecy that had been recorded long before he was inaugurated. Micah the Prophesy said that the Messiah would be borne in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2). Others foretold that Jesus would be borne of a maiden (Isaiah 7:14) and that there would be an attempted assassination of his young one. (Jeremiah 31:15).

He foretold that the Jerusalem Jews' sanctuary would be so badly damaged that no brick would stand on top of another. A few temples weighing more than 100 tonnes. Josephus, a trustworthy historian, tells us that intruders from Rome have excavated the foundation of the shrine.

With God's word as authority, we know that the Egyptian Pyramids could not be constructed before the time of man.

They would not have been constructed before the Flood because they would have been ruined.
