Best places to go in Vanuatu
The best destinations in VanuatuEfate/Port Vila Best Snorkeling - Vanuatu Forum
It is possible to take a PV coach to Hideaway Is Kai about 15 min outside the city. Snorkeling is good there, a lot of them. You can snorkel at the Tara Beach Reserve, along Devils Point Road (another 10 min. away). Hideaway is not as full as there is, no entry, owning Ni-Vans, has a small café.
There' s a jetty where the jetty falls off. Snorkeling along this wall is great. Visit the Tanna Coffee Roastery on the way or go to the summit (just before Tara Beach) for stunning vistas, produce made from the best regional produce, a café and the most attractive garden.
There' also places in the direction of Eton beach. The Crystal Blue Lagoon is located on a sandstrand. You' re paying an admission charge, but snorkeling is good. You can also find snorkeling at Pango Point. They' re the best for snorkeling. Enjoying lunches at the resort in exchange for using the shore is seen as a good revenge.
Snorkeling is possible from the clean sand from there. They also take you to the second snorkeling place.... and that was pretty astonishing.
What to do and how long to remain in Vanuatu - Vanuatu Forum
As I see, you asked this in three different fora, so you either haven't decided where to go yet, or you're in luck and have a very long South Pacific vacation. However, with regard to Vanuatu it will depend on how many isles you want to see.
I assume you're flying to Port Vila, on the Isle of Efate. They could go diving all the time and savour the islands pristine beauties, but couldn't see the vulcano. Mt Yasur is located on the Isle of Tanna, and it takes at least one sleep.
I' d like to stay there for a few days, if possible, because there is a lot to do on Tanna, except to see the mt. Even if the wheather is not good, it would be better to have a few evenings. In my view you can't pass Santo for scuba and aquatic sports as well as wonderful nature.
You could go see Santo and Tanna in two week, if that's what you want.
