You sure you want to clear this issue? There are several ways to take advantage of fantastic adventures. Like I said in my report and others have said, the standard of customer satisfaction is not available, even if you have information from your local tourist agency that states something you were paying for, they will not honor it if they think you are incorrect.

So I suggest to use it only for the boat (which worked well). There is no interest for them as they have almost a single licence for transporting isles ('both major vessels visiting the isles are operated by the organisation) and therefore do not need to be repeated. It' the poorest organisation ever. They' re going to be a true grief, which you definitely don't want when you go to Fiji's paradise. We were picked up at our Nadi hotels to take us to the Yasawa flyer. On the dot (and even more than half an hours before) we were waiting more than two inches.

So we asked every chauffeur who was stopping at the airport to come and fetch us, but unfortunately they were always someone else's chauffeur. They used to say someone was on his way to come and get us when we phoned the school. And so we lost our barge and had to waiting until the next morning.

Awesome Adventures wants to pay everything in advanced (of course), so we dropped the cash for one overnight at the Blue Lagoon Resort ($300) and had to stay another day in Nadi ($200). and asked them why they didn't come to get us. They then began to say that we weren't there (which wasn't the case at all - we were there long before and after some while, even if the vessel was already gone, and asked every rider if he should come and get us).

Said they'd come for us the next morning. But the same thing again.... Can you make that error a second one? We were worried about our experiences from the very first morning, so we phoned 100 people until they came to fetch us. We just got here 5 min before the departure of the ship.

We' ve emailed Awesome Adventures about this many occasions and asked for a reimbursement. At the end, after many emails, they confessed that they made a mistake but can only give us a note to get a reimbursement through our own trip policy. Naturally, your trip will only be reimbursed if you cancel your reservation for certain reason, not if an organisation does not give you what you pay for - and I think your attitude is reasonable.
