Hawking's last book to be out in October

Described as a collection of his most in-depth, open and current thoughts from his own archives, the book summarizes Hawking's responses to "the great issues of our time" and will be published in October 2018.
His findings and prospects on "everything from the origins of the cosmos, dark cavities, extraterrestrial intelligentsia and the presence of God to the importance of the colonization of outerspace and the risks and promises of AI" were presented by Robert Kirby of United Agents to Nick Davies, M.D. with John Murray.
Bantam, Hawking's long-time publishing partner in North America, Random House US director and publishing house Gina Centrello made the merger with Doug Abrams of Idea Architects on United Agents' order, and Jennifer Hershey, Random House's editor-at-large in the USA. John Murray said the new book was under debate at the moment of Hawking's demise, and his legacy chose to continue with the work.
Part of the license fee goes to the Motor Neuron Disease Association and the Stephen Disease Foundation. Well-known for his work in the field of the cosmology and theory of physic, in particular for his work on black holes, Mr. Hasking was the research head of the Centre for Cosmological Theory and Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at the University of Cambridge.
His groundbreaking work, A Brief Histoire of Time (Bantam, 1988), has alone delivered over 13 million units around the world. He has also a brief written (Bantam Press, 1993) ; An Illustrated Brief Histor ique du temps (Bantam Press, 1996) ; The Universiverse in a Nutshell (Bantam Press, 2001) et A Briefer Histor i que du temps (Bantam Press, 2005), sowie seine Erinnerungen My Brief Historiques (Transworld, 2013).
On the estate's name Lucy Hartking said about the new book that it was a scheme that he" loved". "Communications were so important to our Dad during his life, and we see this book as part of his heritage that combines his thoughts, his humour, his theory and his writings in one fine edition," she said.
This book will be published on the occasion of John Murray's centenary.
