Amman - Petra: 3 hour drive from Amman southwards towards the Nabatean Red Rose Town of Petra, which is regarded as one of the wonder of the while. It is a town 139 leagues (225 kilometres) from Amman, set in rock more than 2000 years ago to rule the trading lanes of old Arabia.
Sightsee the cities, dams and canals and take a stroll along the small river bank, the town' s central entry. After lunch we drive to Wadi Rum, the Vale of the moon, where the film Lawrence of Arabia was shot and recently The Martian.
Overnight in a Bedouin encampment in the Rum Reservation, in a very peaceful and peaceful place, while preparing Bedouin-style dinners and evenings (The encampment consists of marquees, with bedding, covers, toilets, dinning room - everything you need to live, complete with power from the sun system).
2nd day: Petra - Wadi Rum - Dead Sea and the Red Sea: Following your breakfasts, you' ll take a 4x4 jeep to Wadi Rum. The Wadi Rum is a unique formed, solid hill that rises in the middle of the pink sands of the deserts with rising rocks in different brown, erythema and gold colours.
We continue to the Gulf of Aqaba at the Gulf of the Gulf of Aqaba at the Atlantic Ocean, then we continue to the Dead Ocean, which lies over 400 meters below sealevel. To the Dead Ocean is one of the most unbelievable places in the whole wide globe. There are no live tuna, the Dead Ocean says it all.
This is by far one of Jordan's most striking and dramatic places. Please note: In winters, accommodation in Rum can be moved to a Bait Ali instead of a Bedouin campsite, depending on the climate (the choice of a warm chalets is possible for an additional charge).NB: Entrance fee and guide are NOT including.
