Samoa American Organizations

This is the American Samoa government's website. Supervises the Department of Medicine, Emergencies, Medical Service and Telecommunication. Working to enhance the wellbeing of the disadvantaged in Hawaii and the Pacific Basin by educating and assisting student and care provider professionals in the countryside and under-served areas.

Contains the American Samoa Area Health Education Center. Supports health organisations, health care grids and health service provider in the realisation of cost-efficient telemedicine programmes for areas and population groups in need of care in the countryside and in the poor. Contains Hawaii and the Pacific Basin. Offers ambulatory health and psychiatric care through a major hospital in Oahu and through seven Community Based Ambulances (CBOCs) including:

Western Oahu, Hawaii (Hilo and Kona), Maui, Kauai, American Samoa and Guam. Provides healthcare facilities such as psychological wellbeing, basic medical treatment and telemedicine. Dedicated to improving the economies and lifestyles of the entire country side of America. Comprises Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia. Involves in research and consulting activities on agricultural policy in cooperation with western university. Contains a countryside healthcare campaign. Washington, Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, Idaho, Hawaii, California, Arizona, Alaska, Oregon, New Mexico, Montana, Colorado and four U.S. Pacific Territories.

Information on your birthday records can be obtained from the Statistical Office. You must send the Federal Statistical Office a copy of your birthday card with the following information. Application for a maternity leave with your name and the name of your family.

One copy of a CURRENT STATE ID, such as a current driver's license. One $5 P.O. (no currency and no individual checks), to be paid to the Government of AM. When you are in a rush, please use " PRIORITY MAIL ". DON'T ship it by EXPRESS MAIL, as there are only two weekly departures; Monday and Friday evenings, and therefore not quicker than PRIORITY.
